What's on offer?
Their Commercial Training Scheme (CTS) provides a thorough grounding for a business career. Trainees will be trained in audit and tax, with a mentor assigned to them throughout the scheme to provide support and advice. During the scheme trainees will develop their own personal skills and widen their knowledge to become a strategic advisor to all kinds of businesses.

At the end of the year they invite trainees to then choose their career path in either audit or tax. Based on their decision the firm commits to keep trainees progressing towards a professional qualification - either ACA (Chartered Accountant) or ATT/CTA (Tax) - that will set you them up for life.
