The disciplines on the programme are varied including Engineering, IT, Customer Service, Motor Mechanics and Administration. There is a guaranteed job offered upon completion of the framework and progression from there is a personal thing but open to everyone keen to move up the company.
Starting salaries on the programme begin at £10,000.Qualifications required will depend on the role being applied for but are usually 5 GCSEs graded A-C (although some roles require less GCSEs)
BT have streamlined their recruitment process this year. Due to large numbers of online applications they have instead established 'recruitment hubs' which are selection days where individuals get a chance to meet BT teams and get a feel for what's on offer.
