Who are we?
Marshall Aerospace prides itself on the quality and skills of its staff in all areas of the business. It invests heavily in staff development in every function and has developed bespoke training programmes for the main areas of its operations.

What's on offer?
Marshall Aerospace recruits approximately 20 young people each year to train in a variety of specialisms as required by the Company. All Apprentices attend the Marshall Training School. The school was re-located to new premises on the Airport site in October 2003, to cover the training needs of the hangars in order to meet operational requirements. The Apprenticeship lasts 3 - 4 years and is made up of a variety of qualifications.
