Who are we?
Npower is one of the largest companies specialising in electricity generation. Npower have seven power stations located across the UK. Npower Fawley Power Station is situated on the south coast of England near Southampton. It is a oil fired power station providing electricity to the South East. They are looking for motivated individuals to join their Apprenticeship Programme which is offering applications for 2008 from January to March.

What's on offer?
At Npower Fawley they offer a range of apprenticeships usually lasting 4 years. To supplement this they offer to fund education and training programmes allowing trainees to achieve fully qualified status while they are working.

Their 2 year graduate scheme covers technical, managerial and practical training and can lead to Chartered Engineer status.

Fawley also invite applications from people who are looking for a career change later in life. They run an ISDP course which is a development programme allowing existing craftsmen to move into a more engineering based role.
