What's on offer?
Ridgeons Trainee Scheme is a comprehensive training programme aimed at giving you a broad knowledge of our business. The scheme operates at two levels:
- Branch Trainees join us with GCSE's or equivalent and are offered a 1 year programme, during which they are rotated around the various departments within a Branch. They are also given the opportunity to complete a NVQ in customer service.
- Group Trainees join us with A levels or equivalent and are offered a 2 year programme, during which they are rotated around departments and branches within an area. They are also offered a Business Management course on a day release basis.In addition, Group and Branch Trainees undertake a series of training courses and distance learning modules to enhance their product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques and people skills.What to do next?If you are interested in joining the Ridgeons Trainee scheme, we want to hear from you.
