The group employs over 17,000 people and is looking for over 100 motivated individuals to join their Management Trainee scheme nationwide and in particular over 30 in London and the South East.
What's on Offer?
A 2 year Management Trainee Scheme which provides individuals with little or no knowledge of the industry to the first step on the management ladder.
The course is a mixture of 4 days in the branch, learning all aspects of the business, and 1 day college day release resulting in an HNC in Business Management. Its learn while you earn!
The starting salary is between £14,000 - £16,000 and on successful completion of the scheme an individual will be offered a permanent position suited to their needs.
