An essential skill for an estate agent is good communication whether it is face-to-face, by telephone or by letter. Secondly, you must be keen to develop your people skills and enjoy working with the public.
Developed by TTC Training, the NAEA programme is ideal for young people wanting to enter the property services industry. Upon successful completion you can achieve an NVQ level 2 or 3 in the Sale of Residential Property. It gives you the chance to earn while you learn and take the first steps towards the career of your choice. You can get a real job, you will receive training and you can obtain a qualification!
