With fifteen years experience and an annual budget of £10million, the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) provides training opportunities and grants for training to new entrants and experienced people across a wide range of disciplines. From apprenticeships for new recruits, courses for unemployed people and management training, they organise and oversee training for every level of career in the industry.
