Norwich City Football Club Academy offers training and mentoring for future professional players.Training is provided alongside a firm academic grounding resulting in qualifications which are useful beyond the football field. A Back up team consisting of qualified physiotherapists, doctors and administration support will ensure all players are kept on track and up to date. Pastoral care is also high on out agenda, Norwich City is a caring, family Club and the holistic development and welfare of our young Players is a Paramount.
